Who you're talking to — and what they want to hear
The key problem of most organizations is that they speak to everyone the same way. But a donor, a client, and a partner expect different things. We build communication for each audience separately.

Our approach
Communication is not about “making it look good.” It’s about convincing the right person to take the right step. A donor to provide funding. A partner to sign a memorandum. A client to request a service. We build communication around this goal, not around “how cool it looks.”
We know what EU and UN donors want to hear, what convincing corporate communication sounds like, and what distinguishes a strong annual report from a document that no one reads. This is knowledge from practice — not from textbooks.
An important detail: we don't just write texts - we understand the context of the organization. That's why our materials sound like the voice of the client and not like "another product from a consultant."
How the work is done
01
Analysis and brief
We study the organization, audiences, goals, and current state of communications. We determine where the biggest gap is between how you are perceived and how you want to be.
02
Strategy and concept
We develop a communication strategy: key messages for each audience, channels, tone, frequency.
03
Creating materials
Texts, presentations, reports, content — in accordance with the agreed strategy and in the voice of your organization.
04
Coordination and final version
Iterative process — you see the materials at each stage and make adjustments to the final result.
05
Support and training
If necessary, we train the team to use new communication materials and support them during launch.
Frequently asked questions
Do you write only for NGOs or also for businesses?
For any type of organization. Business, NGO, municipality, university — each has its own audience and its own communication task. We adapt the language and approach to the client's context.
Can you manage our social media all the time?
Yes. We offer both one-time services (strategy development, content plan, copywriting) and ongoing communications — depending on your needs and budget.
Do you work in English?
Yes. We prepare materials in Ukrainian and English — for international donors, partners in Europe, and global audiences.
How long does it take to develop a communication strategy?
A basic strategy for a small organization takes 2–3 weeks. A full-fledged communications strategy with audience analysis, messaging, and content plan takes 4–6 weeks.
