We do not write template applications and do not offer ready-made solutions without understanding the context. Each client is a different organization, a different situation, a different donor. We start with diagnostics: who you are, what you do and why it is important - precisely in the logic of the donor you are applying to.
Before writing, we analyze. Who is this donor? What does he really want to finance in this cycle? Which organizations have received funds before and why? This analytical work determines whether the application will be competitive. What convinces the EU will not always work for a corporate CSR fund.
If your organization or project does not meet the requirements of a particular donor, we will tell you about it right away. It is better to save time and effort than to spend a month on an application that has no chance.

Free consultation
30 minutes — we analyze your organization, goals, and potential donors. We determine whether there is potential and what steps are needed.

Donor analysis and selection
We analyze your organization's compliance with the requirements, find 3–5 most suitable active calls for proposals.

Concept development
Together with you, we form a project concept: problem, goal, logframe, target audience, expected impact.

Writing an application
We write a complete application: narrative, budget, team CVs, attachments. We adapt it to the requirements of a specific donor.

Submission and support
We support the submission, answer the donor's questions, and prepare for possible Due Diligence.

Do you guarantee receiving a grant?
No — and anyone who "guarantees" a grant is manipulating. We guarantee quality training that maximizes your chances. The decision is always up to the donor.
Do you only work with NGOs?
No. We work with businesses, NGOs, municipalities and universities. Each sector has its own funding sources - corporate CSR funds, EU recovery programs, Erasmus+. We know how to approach each one.
How long does it take to prepare an application?
From 2 weeks (analysis and concept) to 6 weeks (full application). Depends on the complexity of the call and the client's willingness to provide information.
We are a small organization — are there opportunities for us?
Yes. There is a separate class of micro-grants and pilot CSR programs for small organizations. This is a good entry point to build a track record for larger funding.
