Our approach
A good event is not about a beautiful venue and delicious catering. It’s about participants leaving with a clear understanding of what happened and what’s next. We start with the question: what is the goal of this event and how do we measure whether it has been achieved?
For 25 years, we have organized events for corporations, MPs, international organizations, and small teams. Each time — a different context, different participants, different expectations. We know how to read the audience and build a program that keeps attention.
Separately, about the hybrid format — it's not "put up a camera and start broadcasting." We design online and offline as two equal channels of participation with different engagement tools for each.
How the work is done

Brief and concept
We discuss goals, audience, budget, and format. We propose an event concept with a program and estimate.

Planning and contractors
We book the venue, invite speakers, negotiate with contractors. All negotiations are our responsibility.

Communication and registration
We register participants, send announcements and reminders, and answer questions.

Carrying out
We coordinate all processes on the day of the event — from setup to the finale. The team is on site from the first minute to the last.

Report and materials
We are preparing a final report: what happened, who was present, what decisions were made, media materials.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum number of participants for your organization?
We organize events from 10 participants (closed strategy sessions) to 1000+ (large forums). Scale does not determine the approach - every event receives the same attention to detail.
Do you organize events abroad?
Yes. We have experience organizing international events in France and other countries — including international logistics, translation, and protocol.
What is a hybrid format and is it effective?
A hybrid format is an event where offline and online participants have an equal experience, rather than just a camera broadcast. It requires separate technical training and an online moderator. We do it right.
How much time does it take to prepare an event?
A small event of up to 50 people — from 2 weeks. A medium-sized conference — from 4–6 weeks. A large international forum — from 2–3 months. The more time, the better the result.
