What does change look like?
Organizational development is a transition from chaos to system. This is what is changing for our clients.
· All decisions are made by the manager, the team does not know where it is going
· We apply for any grant that comes our way — there are no strategic priorities
· There are no job descriptions and clear areas of responsibility
Donors ask questions about capacity — and get no answers
· New people spend months figuring out how everything works here
❌ WORK WITH US
✓ AFTER WORKING WITH US
· There is a 3-year strategy — the team understands where it is going and why
· Grants are selected based on strategic priorities and not on a "just in time" basis
· Everyone knows their role, there are documents and procedures
Donors see a mature organization — this increases the chances of funding
· New team members start work in a week

Our approach
Organizational development is not about pretty documents lying in a drawer. It's about real changes in how an organization makes decisions, distributes responsibility, and moves toward its goals.
We start with diagnostics — not ready-made solutions. Every organization is unique: its own context, its own team, its own challenges. What worked for a corporation is not always suitable for an NGO, and vice versa. We adapt the approach to each client.
Important: we don't just write a strategy and leave. We stay with you during the implementation phase — checking how new systems are taking root, helping the team adapt, and making adjustments if something doesn't work.
How the work is done
01
Diagnostics
Interviews with the team, document analysis, assessment of current processes. We determine where the organization is now and what is preventing it from growing.
02
Strategy session
Facilitated process with a team - together we determine priorities, goals and paths. Not a consultant's monologue, but joint work.
03
Document development
Strategy, organizational structure, internal policies, KPIs. All documents are adapted to the context of a specific organization.
04
Implementation
Team training, system setup, first steps in a new structure. We are here to answer your questions.
05
Monitoring and adjustment
After 1–3 months, we check how the new systems work in practice and make adjustments.
Frequently asked questions
We are a small organization — do we need organizational development?
Yes, and the sooner the better. It's much easier to build systems when the organization is small than to fix the chaos when you have 30 people and 5 active grants. We have separate approaches for small and large organizations.
Do you only work with NGOs?
No. We work equally with businesses, NGOs, municipalities, and universities. The principles of organizational development are universal — but we adapt the specific tools and approach to the sector and type of organization.
How long does it take to develop a strategy?
Minimal strategy (1–2 pages for a small organization) — 2–4 weeks. Full 3–5 year strategy with audit and strategy sessions — 6–10 weeks. Depends on the size of the organization and the readiness of the team.
What if the team resists change?
This is normal and predictable. That's why we build the process so that the team is involved from the first step — they don't receive ready-made solutions, but participate in their creation. It's much easier for people to implement something they helped develop.
Are you ready to build an organization that grows systematically?
