Separately about reporting: a good report is not just a table of expenses. It is a document that tells the donor what happened thanks to their funding. We prepare reports that the donor wants to read - and that open the door to further funding.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take on a project during implementation or only from the beginning?
We accept at any stage. Even if the project is already underway and there are problems with reporting or compliance, we will assess the situation and offer a solution. Better late than after the audit.
Do you work only with NGOs or also with businesses?
With any type of organization. Businesses implementing social or EU-funded projects, municipalities with international funding, universities with Erasmus+ - all have the same need for proper management and reporting.
What if we only need report preparation and not all the support?
We are flexible in cooperation formats. We can take on only the preparation of a specific report, help with an audit, or set up an accounting system — without fully outsourcing project management.
How do you ensure the confidentiality of financial data?
We sign NDAs and agree on the level of access before we begin work. Client financial data is never used in any public materials without explicit permission.
