SIGNALS THAT CANNOT BE IGNORED

😶

Emotional detachment

People perform tasks mechanically, without involvement and initiative

📉

Decline in work quality

More mistakes, missed deadlines, careless decisions

🤐

Silence in meetings

No one asks questions, offers ideas, talks about problems

🚪

Frame flow

People are taking more leave or sick leave than usual

Conflicts in the team

Tensions between people who previously worked well together

🔄

Secondary traumatization

For those who work with people in crisis, absorbing someone else's pain

Important: These signals are not a sign of team weakness. They are an expected result of working under conditions of chronic stress, uncertainty, or trauma. An organization that understands this and acts on it will retain its people and results.

Our approach

We start with a simple idea: people are the main resource of any organization. If they burn out, the organization burns out. Investing in team wellbeing is not a “soft” HR activity. It is a strategic decision that affects results.

We don't offer motivational trainings or teach "positive thinking." We work with the real causes of burnout — excessive workload, lack of boundaries, working with trauma, uncertainty. And we offer specific tools, not general words about resilience.

Especially important: confidentiality. Everything that happens in group sessions remains within the group. We do not share individual statements of participants with management. This is not a tool of control — it is a space of trust.

Frequently asked questions

Is this service suitable for businesses or only for NGOs?

For any organization. Burnout is not just a humanitarian sector problem. Business teams operating in uncertain, changing, or demanding environments are at risk. We tailor our approach to the client’s context.

Is this psychotherapy?

No. We provide supportive group sessions, training, and workshops—not psychotherapy. If someone on the team needs individual psychological help, we can recommend appropriate professionals.

What if part of the team doesn't want to participate?

Participation is always voluntary — forced “support” doesn’t work and can even be harmful. We help create conditions where people will want to get involved. Usually, after the first session, the number of people willing to participate increases.

How often are sessions needed?

Depending on the team’s condition and format: a one-time debriefing after a critical event, monthly group sessions as prevention, or a series of workshops over 2–3 months. After the diagnosis, we will propose the optimal plan.

The team is the organization's main resource. Let's take care of it together.

We start with a free conversation about the state of your team.
